Hey everyone,
I'm selling this slightly used LaserMax sight, as it was on a safe queen 870 of mine, and I rather sell it to fund some other parts for that particular scatter gun. It works great -- I just replaced the batteries, and adjusted the windage/ elevation via eye-sight. I do not have the original box for it, and I don't think that I have the original instructions.
For simplicity and price, you cannot beat this unit. It is quite heavy-duty, the light is bright, and it has the LasterMax style of a pulsating red dot. It attaches by sliding on the magazine tube -- under the barrel, and being clamped down by the supplied allen-wrench screws. In all the time I had it on my safe queen it didn't mar the finish. It activates with a simple push of its little red button, you can also purchase (as LaserMax still makes them) the momentary activation switch that plugs into it, to make it more convenient. It also features a red activation light behind the device so you know the power status (would be pretty hard not to know if it's on or off), but also indicates low battery status as well.
*This pictures are not of my particular sight, just representative of what it is. I'm not home, so I cannot snap pics of it, but it's on mint 99% shape. I know without a doubt it fits a Winchester 1300 Defender and a Remington 870, and am fairly sure it fits most all 12 gauges.
