It's kind of hard to miss. A friend of mine who works at Gerber, and a former co-worker, ran up alongside me on I5 today. I mean it's a jacked up 4Runner that's painted like a Tomato for shit's sake.

So the truck is off at the shop where we're installing the ARB dual compressor, diff breather, lights in the rear, painting the body under the plastic rear bumper and the CBI (should hide the gap between cut bumper and armored bumper better), swapping out the factory battery for an odyssey battery relocating the backup camera, and lifting the front coil overs to avoid any forward rake due to the added extra front weight.
Likely we'll also install the Bushwacker fender flares as soon as those come out, and put some 3M XPEL behind them so that the rubber flanges aren't rubbing the paint off from dirty + use.
I guess the only other thing to consider is an ARB fridge. I have two ideas on how to do that.
1. I buy the Toyota sliding cargo tray, and use that as the mounting platform for the ARB fridge + sled.
2. Get some MDF and basically make a platform, have that upholstered, and use some furniture non-slip material so it can jump around or slide, along with straps so it can't hop while on trails, and use that as the mounting platform.

What stuff are you implying has to be offloaded to a trailer?

The compressor weighs almost nothing, stuffing it in the engine bay creates almost zero issues.
I also live in an apartment where storing a trailer is a no go.

Did your 4Runner not come with the tray? I thought that was a standard feature for that trim.

No, it's dealer option, but it's not standard.

I bought a beyond cargo sliding tray. Seemed more practical than trying to get the OEM tray. The tray itself is pretty hefty and sturdy, really easy to mount lash points into. Just an option I thought I'd through out there.

First of all BRAVO SIR! Your rig is no doubt the best TRDP I have seen! I am going a similar route, so it's awesome to see what it will look like etc in advance.

No I haven't made that terrible life choice thankfully. Hence disposable income, or at least some sort of income.
And thanks, I think mine might be the first TRD Pro in Inferno to go drastically under the knife.

Got mine from Fred's at the 2nd link. It has developed a slight rattle over abrupt bumps, but nothing major. Roller slides are almost impossible to keep quiet forever.

[MENTION=124732]LawnDart[/MENTION] I am happy with the dual compressor, but we could have gotten away with the single for tires. Jonathan Hansen, co-founder of Overland Expo uses the ARB single to run rear lockers and air up tires in just a couple of minutes. I think if you were running 37s you would really need the dual.
