Not to be a downer, but I filmed that about a day after my last dog died. I needed something to get me out of bed, I just came from Goose Gear a few days earlier so there was really not much organization to that.

Looks a lot like this, see below. I had mine wrapped the same satin/matte as the hood wrap, as the stock plastic while UV balanced is raw, and it'll get kind of chewed up by use. I'd at the very least either paint protection film or matte wrap it. Also be aware that assembly doesn't include the grill intake insert. You'll also need to create a gasket out of something like 3M foam tape (I left the plastic strip on as I didn't want to permanently attach it) just to create a weather seal.
I'm glad I wrapped the whole thing, as I think having it unified in color/texture helps it a lot.

So you couldn't reuse the grill intake insert and gasket from the original grill?
I mean it's not a big deal to order the stuff and reinstall the new parts, just wondering if it was possible to use the existing parts.
Thanks for the tip to protect the new scoop before installing.

I believe they use semi permanent tape to secure the grill insert into the scoop. And getting it out would likely scratch the paint. I wanted the old scoop in case I reverted it. You can actually buy the gasket but I made my own.

There's an existing 3M XPEL clear bray over the front 30% of the hood. The wrap is just going over that, which is why it LOOKS like it's two pieces.

It is. Yep. I had a lot of people coming up and asking what the truck was when I didn't have the emblem installed.
It just kinda gives it back a bit of its soul. And yeah the contrast was key.
I have a little bit of maintenance to do to the truck before I go down to LA in April. Mainly I need to have one of the door lock actuators replaced. But outside of that the only mods on my radar are the seat delete and dual battery.

Half my bumper went missing!
Nah just kidding, the locking tab on the right arm was maybe just a little off and the locking pin kept binding up on the locking tab, beating the shit out of the steel. So it went back to CBI to correct and re-powdercoat. Those guys are fantastic.
And because trucks < dogs:
POZZI. Age 23. Drives a Prius. Insists on cruelty free peanut butter. Cat lives matter. And working the hashtag #NODAPL into conversations even when it's not appropriate.

Doing 120mph on a private road and the engine still sounding like it had more power to give.
Generally just the fact that it has so many features that we don't even have on our 4Runners, such as a 10 speed gear box, fusion cameras (i.e the 360 degree camera setup), forward facing cameras, full length moon roof, built in trailer assist, etc etc.
The thing is packed, and it's just really really solidly built. This thing feels great. We were slamming over speed bumps and it handles that at speed better than my long traveled 4Runner.
Keep in mind it has half an inch of more travel up front than my +2 LT setup...Stock. I have more travel in the rear, but this thing has way more power and is about 800lbs lighter.
I'm smitten. Ford nailed it.

the sunroof and seats sold me and i didn't even drive the one i sat in. UNREAL. dealer wanted 90k for it lol

I didn't even realize the moon/sunroof went all the way back, I was floored when I realized how big that thing was up top.

Thats a possible retirement rig for me. I've always been a Ford truck guy, owned several and loved each one. Right now I drive at least 20k miles a year so I will stick with Toyota. If they make a version of the new Bronco like this it'll be game over for me. But for the next few years I'll just enjoy my T4R.

I just watched your instagram story. Crazy isn't it? All the options! I almost pulled the trigger on a '15 King Ranch fully loaded. It was $54k!! And no wiggle room in the price at all. It was gone the next day when I went back for a second look. The thing would even back your trailer up for you if you couldn't get it right yourself. I would have to buy a trailer just to play with that option!:lmao:
