LC Prado Throttle Controller?

I was just browsing ebay and came across this: LINK

It says its a 12 step throttle controller for a LC Prado and works with the 1GR-FE engine. Maybe this is a solution for the slow throttle response that everyone talks about.

I know I've seen something like this on the market before but it was much more expensive then the $120 asking price of this thing.

What do you guys think? Any one tried it?

"Less" to "Much" is a technical term. Also, the graph makes it looks like Eco mode will make you accelerate in reverse.
