LCA cam plates

Anyone have great tricks for un siezing some LCA adjusters??

I've loosened the bolts through the alignment adjusters but and can move one side but the other side won't follow it.... if that make sense. I'm thinking on welding another nut or something to to the other end of the adjuster so I ca turn both at the same time.

can new adjusters be bought?

Yes. The trick is to buy new adjusters. You will need an air chisel. Remove the bolt, pry off the end plate and air chisel the ends of the tubes off. Now that you have the LCA off, you may need to have new rubber bushings pressed in.
