So I had my vehicle in for service recently and was told that I hit something (a rock) on the lower control arm mounting bracket.
They told me that it might be impossible to align the truck if the camber is out due to the tab being bent over towards the bushing. How screwed am I? From what I can tell it’s the sub frame mount that is bent. The bolt does not appear to have any damage neither does the eccentric piece.
I will be needing new tires soon and am now worried about messing them up. Has anyone else been unfortunate to hit something so hard it bent the LCA mount and caused issues down the road? I know this is a preemptive freak out but I wanted to get some feedback and or recommendations.
***Disclaimer*** this is not my truck I will post a photo of the actual damage later today.
