So whenever it rains like crazy, my 2001 Runner likes to leak conviently onto my drivers seat. Is anyone else having this issue? Any ways to fix this problem? Thanks for the advice.
Nope no sun-roof. It seems like it is coming in from the top right section on the door (looking at it from the outside). And when I'm inside it seems like the plastic trim around the door is holding water.

Sounds like one or both of the foam seals are torn. Either that, or they aren't being compressed enough when the door is shut. Check those first. Otherwise, if you have a roof rack, or even just the plastic rail covers, those screws can leak...sending water right in to the top plastic trim area. If you are parked on a slight decline, it will run forward to the drivers area. Check those too, and re-seal them if necessary.
So I looked at it and it looks like it isn't compressing enough like Qyota said. How would I go about fixing this? I'm guessing there are new seal kits?
