LED Dash light Problems

So I changed my guage cluster out with all new LEDs and it worked just fine, so I decided I was going to change my HVAC out also so today I pulled the bulbs and put new ones in and now neither the HVAC or mph/rpm will light up. My O/D blinkers seatbelt etc... will still light up I'm not sure what the problem is I checked the fuses and nothing was blown, dimmer light is fine and everything is plugged in. 98 sr5 btw

anything else not working? dome, radio, etc?

i know you said you checked fuses but there is also fuses in the engine room. Check the Dome fuse for sure.

I've managed to short the Dome fuse in the engine box a couple of times mucking around with lights and wiring. Symptoms were exactly as you describe.
