Purchased these from HID and LED Headlight Kits, He does all 4runner LED lighting. These were the best bulbs I have owned. Used them for literally about 2 weeks, then sold the my 5th gen.
They work on low power as DRL but then use full power when you turn on your high beams. They are extremely bright, even brighter than my 32 inch LED light bar.
