Really impressed by the Phillips LEDs. Also installed the reverse lights. Going to do the lows and high beams (with the capacitor to run the DRLs) in the next couple weeks. Perfect color temp, the low beams in the pic are sylvania ZXE for comparison. I didn't think those looked yellow till I installed these. Pricey, but worth it in my opinion.

Looks great! I know what lights I'm adding next. Will look great with the LED bezels I made.

looks great! I need to get a set when mine die... that price is a little steep at the moment for my budget... but added... No additional wiring for the leds?, jus tplug and play, and secure the little box?

It's not really a backorder -- more of a small improvement. The new bulbs (due to arrive end of this week or beginning of next) will have an aluminum bases, as opposed to plastic tabs like the previous ones did.

Little disappointed to find out that they are on backorder. I have a order that hasn't shipped yet. I was hoping to get them this weekend... I got in contact with customer service and Danny said that they were.
 
They are in transit, so you *MAY* get them by the weekend, but at the absolute worst case scenario early next week.

Again, I apologize for the delay, but the mould redesign took a little longer then anticipated.

For those that went led on their fogs, low beams as well as high beams/ drls, where did you secure the little box that comes with them?
 
Dammit I just ordered 2 of the Phillips H11 LED for my low beam and fogs then read that the Phillips don't work for low beams. Sent an email hoping I can change them out before they ship!!!:redbrick:

Ordered the xenon depot branded low beams and high beams as well as the phillips fogs! All of the interior leds should be here monday!
 
I read on another website that the drls had a flicker when you switched to the LEDs. Will this be the case on the four runner? If so, I probably don't want the led high beams.

For the High-Beam/DRL I was informed that one had to purchase the additional CANBUS adapter for each bulb. LED's don't have a "dim" option so the CANBUS, from what I understand sends the full power to the LED for DRL or High-beam. In other words the DRL runs at the full high-beam power. The CANBUS also keeps the computer from thinking there is a dead bulb at the highbeams since LED's use less power to operate.

I opted out on the DRL/High-beam LED's after initially putting in the order. The CANBUS I think, will also defeat the ability to flash high-beams during DRL operation to signal cars or pedestrians in front to "go ahead" etc. because the bulbs are at full bright the whole time, DRL or actual high-beam use.

Xenon didn't mention any adapters in the few messages I had with them, so perhaps there's are setup differently. Depending on what they say in regards to the flickering(read about on a Camry forum, no adapter) I might have to opt out of the high beams/ drl as well. Would save $100 anyway.
