With the BF friday sales, I decided to finally upgrade my lights. Here is what I'll be getting:
1. Morimoto D2S Mini Stage III - it has a lens diameter of 78 mm and overall housing width of 102 mm.
2. On top of this I plan to use the Panamera shroud, which as an outer diameter of 130 mm.
Now, my question is how do I select LED halo size?
The halos are 7 mm wide, so the ID is the stated OD less 14 mm. My options are 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, 120, and 155 mm. I am thinking that even if I get the 120 mm halo, most of it will be behind the 130 mm shroud. Should I then go for the next size up, which is the 155 mm?
