Looks really good! I have been wanting to do the exact same thing but can't convince myself to cut out the lower grill.

I'm a believer in karma - steal my light and you will die. I'll probably end up putting some sort of locking bolts on it somehow

I don't have output pics, but I just drove 500 miles in the dark. This light is bright. I'm taking impressive bright. I'm running b-xenon's with CBI bulbs which are impressively bright...this light bar drowns that out 2x. I'd say the range is 200 yards or more, 200 feet high, 200 fee wide. Fantastic output. Anyone looking for a great backroad light solution I highly recomend this.

Install was interesting...i used two existing welded tabs and jerry rigged two metal bars bolted to those, worked out great, no vibrations at all.

HOJEEPSTER, did you mount that to the Radiator/AC condensor frame or direct to the steel bumper ?

I'm planning the same install, maybe even a Yellow/Amber down low, and/or a white up higher.

Thanks !

Yeah... +1 on the mount questions... for $300 that is a hell of a lot cheaper than Rigid Industries, and it looks friggin' sweet down there...
