Was wondering if you still needed a 1st gen 4Runner beta still? Plus I need to order 2 5th gen kits. Thanks.

Thanks everyone who is interested in these kits. Will be returning from vacation next week and will get back to building kits. I'm currently talking to my LED supplier about another order. I will be ordering, warm white, white, and cool white. If anyone is interested in another color please let me know.

Order will be placed this Sunday folks. So if you prefer a certain color let me know. Thanks again for the patience. Traveling back from my vacation Tuesday and kits to begin being made when I return.

Funny I see it as a great way to light up the car in case of break down instead of car show bling. Guess I am not into waxing!

Now that these have been available for a while, I have a question for the folks ho have installed it and used it to work in your engine bay after dark. Do the sets of lights going down both sides of the hood shine in your eyes? It looks as if they would be more blinding that helpful from a couple images I saw, but that could be deceiving. In the past, I've just added a couple LED lights under the front edge of vehicle's hoods.

If no problem, I may be back in this offer.

Thanks,
Steve

I find it very useful.

I thought they would be more blinding as well but did not really find the light too be that bad. If you are using the lights to see your engine bay at night, you're not looking up at them.
Your opinion may vary.

I had this same concern so when I installed it I used the indentations on the underside of the hood to point the lights towards the middle of the hood instead of straight down. Works well for me.

Thanks everyone who chimed in and provided their opinion. They help alot when I had my Tacoma.

Well the new light order was placed and going to get back in to my normal routine.
