LED Lights for GOBI Rack

I finally have a GOBI rack installed and I'm now looking at what lights I want to install.

The rack is the multi-light version. I m thinking what I want is a spot in the center and floods on each side..

Also, how have you passed cables inside..?

Ill have these lights, possibly rear/side facing lights and several antenna coax cables to get inside...

Opinions and recommendations..?
