LED tailights compatible?

Hey I searched around to see if the newer led (5th gen) taillights would fit on our 4th gens. Would I have to do any trimming or any of that sort? Or will it just pop right in? I have'nt found any pictures of 4th gens with the 5th gen taillights yet. Thanks in advance.
The 5th gen doesn't have LED taillights. Are you sure you don't mean that you're trying to fit the LED tails from an '06-'09 4Runner on to an '03-'05 4Runner? If so, that will work no problem. I have them on my '04 Sport.
