I will keep y'all informed as to what is happening. I am pursuing the lemon law with my truck. Lawyer thinks that I have a really good case. Could take upwards of 7 - 10 weeks. I am not sure what the offer will be, if anything.

Good luck to you and I hope all goes well. It is a shame that you are going through this with a Toyota. If you win the case, would you go with another 4Runner?

Depends on the amount of the settlement, if any. I might not win. They might offer an exchange. So I am not sure at this point. If the offer is right, I probably would. Because I really like my T4R.

Tread very lightly, and read everything. Don't let your guard down. Mazda tried to give me an extended warranty for free and yet it still didn't cover the problem.

Sorry to hear this. What is wrong with your car? Which dealership did you take your car to get service?
 
Got a letter from the lawyer today. They are contacting them on Monday or Tuesday I think. Basically explained the process and kept me in the loop as to what is going on.
