Let's weigh the driveshaft u-joint options

I don't know if the part numbers are the same but for my
2000 4WD I used Napa UJ285 ujoints that are made by SKF.
SKF makes a good product and they are $32 ea.
I expect I will never have to replace them.

Just bought the UJ285 yesterday for $26, will eventually need to replace my current rear u-joint if I can't get this zerk problem I'm having sorted out. Have you had any negative results with this joint so far, or is it still running strong? I've heard good things about the NAPA one, so I have high hopes it'll perform well once installed

Spicer or SKF is my choice. I use Spicer solids in my cummins. They are stronger than the greaseable joints.
