Over last weekend I replaced the timing belt, water pump, all brakes and new caliper up front, all fluid swapped, spark plugs changed, new sonoran steel rear track bar installed, repaired my satoshi grill, and washed thoroughly. Tires were rotated, balanced, and aligned. Front sway bar was tightened down. Full week of maintanence which was badly needed.

Yep, I'm talking about the silver fender flares like you have. I've got the same ones so I'm curious how far the bumper sticks out past them. If you've got more pictures I'd definitely like to see em - that bumper sure is pretty!
I'm still going to take the bumper off and drill the holes out of the bumper and the frame to line it up a little better under the grill. I've talked to another guy who has the same bumper, and to fit it nice&snug he drilled the holes out a slight bit more. I'll do the same when time permits. But like I said earlier, I'm very happy with the bumper.

Hey man, that sounds like me, that's the route I was taking, except my rig is thundercloud gray (silver). Do you have a reddish/maroon 4runner? Cause my my brother told me he saw a badass 4runner at the PX today while he was leaving base! He was driving a black fj. We need to meet up and go wheeling one of these days! BTW, you have one of the nicest 4runners I've ever seen. We should go wheelin sometime.

That was me. Yeah I'd love to go wheeling sometime. I am going out tomorrow for the first time in like 4 months, then I'm getting regeared and locked f/r in the next couple weeks. My hope or goal is to have that all done by the 4th of July. Your CBI bumper looks amazing too btw.
Sounds fun man, I haven't gone wheeling for awhile. I'm ordering a set of Eibach coils to replace my stock coils up front. I also want to get my CBI bumper welded to the frame so it's stronger and fits better, but I'm very happy with it. I have a 21" lightbar sitting around, that I need to install haha. My bro and I installed a set of eibachs on his FJ this weekend, turned out really nice. I'd like to get re-geared and locked someday too! Do you do all the work yourself?
