They're trying to save weight

I stopped watching at the free standing hood support, for that kind of money the damned hood should open and close on hydraulics. For that reason alone I cancelled my order.

Hood-Struts are heavy. Did you catch what material the hood stand is made of?

Carbon fiber rod is for weight savings. People that buy this car do not care for the smart system keyless entry or hydraulic hood openers.

If I had the cash I would buy it in a heart beat. This is one sexy beast!

psssss. my 89 Mazda had better looking key and remote.

if they want save weight, why not use proximity switch and get rid of the lock core? thing is, there's nothing looks "super" about that car that makes you feel money well spent.
