Yes, I know the 4R will lean to the driver's side due to fuel tank, etc. I'm just looking for what others have done *successfully* to solve
I have a 2010 Limited, and prior to the lift it did not lean. Here's a pic of the front xreas shocks, you can see how one coil (the top one) is a thicker gauge, assumedly providing more support on the driver's side.
Added a few extra pics post lift, right now the lean is about 1/2" and we already took the driver's side up two notches on the COs (about 1/4"). I went Toytec Boss 3/2 w/UCAs, Goodridge 2" extended brake lines, and Duratrac 295/65/18 on Method NV 18x9 (et-12). Also added the DeeZee running boards. I LOVE the new feel, especially under braking, it's almost like a whole new truck! At first I was concerned scrapping xreas but I have no regrets at all. (Must admit I am someone who likes a firmer ride, other car is a modified BMW M3).
So, down to the real question, what is everyone else with adjustable coil overs doing to solve the lean? Here are my options, I'm going to give it ~500mi to settle before next trip to shop:
A. Simply adjust the drivers side up (more height) until it's where it needs to be to be level.
B. Use spacers (this way both front L/R shocks are at the same height and same spring loading)
C. Combination of A and B (just a thought)
D. Just live with it how it is and stop letting my OCD get the best of me
