lift and tire size questions...newbie help needed

So I am a newbie on the mod side but I have had 3 t4r's. My current 02 SR5 3.4. What I want to do is have the ultimate snow rig with some med offroading abilities (more aggresive than fire roads but not as crazy as the Rubicon...I live in CA about 60 miles from Tahoe). I want more ground clearance just in case and larger tires. I was thinking a 3" lift (ideas on the best kind of lift?...spacers...suspension lift...springs...brands?).

Tires...looking at 285/75/16 on stock but I'm not sure if they will fit with rubbing issues as well as uneven wear. From the previous posts, it looks like you need spacers. I was thinking of getting 1997 landcruiser rims. Will these rims help me with the spacing so I don't get rubbing?

I have a center locker but looking to do front and rear as well. Your ideas on that would help too. Any suggessions for the ultimate snow rig/med off roader is welcomed. Thanks!

ok a lot of people will suggest SEARCH function. Sources for lifts and popular good working lifts. In order of what i think would meet your needs real well. I have a combination of lifts listed in my sig. line.

1. Toyteclifts.com Ultimate lift
2. SonoranSteel.com System 7.2
3. OME available several sources.

You might get some rubbing with stock rims on upper a arms and body with stock rims. Might recommend 255/85's and 1" body lift.
