My fronts were a pain too to get the bottom bolt in. Have you CV boots started leaking?

The lift has settled a bit, acutally settled almost an inch in the front. So here's where I'm sitting as of now:
Before lift: Front-L 34.5 Front-R 34.5
Before lift: Rear-L 34.25 Rear-R 34.5
After settle: Front-L 36.5 Front-R 36.5
After settle: Rear-L 37.5 R Rear-36.5

not too bad for a stock setup... my "old man EMU" hasn't settled at all that I've noticed anyway... but i didn't measure before or after but that's just eyeballing. I guess we're at about the same height then cus mine was a 2.5 inch lift...

Update:
So the suspension has had a few months to break-in and settle. I just completed a 1000+ mile road trip, w/ 400 lbs. of gear, the truck performed flawlessly. During the trip I got to do some serious wheeling with the new suspension setup, and it really makes me a lot more confident in my truck. I tackled some obstacles that I know for sure I would not have been able to clear with my stock suspension.
I am extremely happy with the setup now. here is how the truck sits fully loaded. I think the stance is perfect.

Update: 6 Months and almost 10K road miles later (including 2 more wheeling trips), I am still extremely happy with the setup. The springs (especially rear 906's) have settled a bit more, rear is now about 1/8 of an inch lower, but overall everything is holding up nicely. On-road manners are really nice for what I consider a fairly stiff setup. Adding 200-400 lbs of weight to the rear hardly makes any difference in handling or ride quality, I would say it rides even better with the weight. I plan on adding an ARB bumper to the front in the near future.

That's good to hear, man. Any other issues with the 5125 mounting brackets coming loose? I've had some discrepancies with my measurements but I haven't done them for a bit. The day we put the panhard drop on I was 1" lower on the driver's side (front and rear). I love the ride thus far. I'm going on a road trip to CO in late July so I can't wait to see how everything does on long haul interstate driving and mountain trails. After that it's into the sand at lake Mcconaughey on the way home. Love the setup -

Yes, at first the 5125 upper mounting brackets worked themselves loose - even with the supplied 24mm lock nuts. I then decided to get the biggest wrench I could, and I held the bottom part of the bracket with a BIG pair of pliers. I used all my gorilla strength and tightened the top nut as hard as I possibly could. It has not come loose since! :surfer:
