I have a 06 v8 sport lifted on Toytec/Eibach springs in the front with Bilstein 5100 set at the 2nd notch and the rear with Super Flex spring with 5100. The front measured 36 1/2 from the ground to the fender and the rear 38 1/2 from the ground to the fender. My question is, can I move the front up another notch to level it out or should I get Toytec 1/2 spacers for the front to level it out?

That front number seems low to me. Or maybe the rear seems high. What tires?
As far as ride goes, your suspension will tighten up quite a bit if you change the 5100's. If you add the spacer the ride won't be affected. Your suspension droop is all that will really be hit with spacer and it won't be much. If it were me, I would add spacer!

I would think your front should be .5-1" higher than it is. Did you set the 5100's on 2nd notch or did you tell a shop to do it? Just double checking it's actually at the 2nd notch.

Just got to the next notch on the 5100s, thats free vs a spacer

Sounds ok to me. I have 2 inches difference between my front and rear fender height and it looks perfect. My running boards sit level and I can easily load up the cargo area without the front end pointing to the sky ready for take off.
Just don't forget when you lift the front more than the rear, you alter the vehicle weight distribution, that will effect steering and braking performance somewhat.
