Lift kit installed , rear sits very uneven ... Help

So I installed my daystar 1.5 "front and 2" rear spacers.

Wth 4 brand new racho shocks.

(went taller with the rear because It had a slight sag to it)



Took the truck to the car wash today and I noticed the right rear of my truck sits much higher then the left rear...



After takng some measurements the right rear is higher by almost a 1/2"



Did something go wrong with my install ? maybe the spring isnt sitting in there right?



Or do I need a panhard drop bracket or adjustable panhard bar to fix the problem.



Please help me out bros. thanks

Do the rubber cone bumpstops inside the spring get re-used with rear spacer lifts??? If so, maybe you forgot to put it back in on one side??
 
same with mine, i put 2 10mm toytec trim packers to compensate.

btw elton, Rear springs are identical

It's just due to uneven weight in the truck, gas tank, etc.
 
Park it again on a flat surface and measure again. If a front wheel was in a depression that will change a lot.

Another thought. The rear coils go over a raised area on top. It's easy to have the coil/spacer catch on it and not fully seat.

I was thinking this aswell, going to check it out before I order anything .


Unless my drivers side spring has always sagged more and i just didnt notice untill I installed the lift.

Both spacers were identical and I reused the rubber bump stop on both sides
 
The driver side of the vehicle is heavier which is why when you order new rear coils they are installed specific to side. With your set up it should not have mattered unless as you said you just never noticed before?!? The panhard bar should not cause that issue; but could to my understanding cause an uneven issue with rear alignment. When you reinstalled the coils maybe you did not seat them properly as they have to sit correctly in the groove provided for them.
 
well I parked on some very level ground, and the passanger side is about 5/8 higher...

Tomoro Im going to completely unbolt one end of the panhard bar , and lower the car and see if it makes any differance.
 
Have you had an alignment done since the install? I just had an alignment done yesterday, and I notice that my measurements, after alignment, on my driver side front have dropped approx 1/4" since I did my measurements immediately after my 1" daystar "leveler" install.

Ya but theres no adjustments on the rear. And my front sts damm near even
 
UPDATE: So first I checked the coil spring, and both are sitting in there just fine. The top spacer and rubber spacer are right up against each other against the frame mount.

Second I examend the panhard bar, I did notice my rear end is sitting alittle more towards the passanger side. (about an inch or so )

But I dont see how it would realy affect my height? But I could be wrong.

So next I unbolted the bar from one end. Backed the truck up a few feet and pulled it back . Jumped around on the bumper and etc. And nothing changed.

So I think my drivers side spring just has more sag then the pass side.
Im going to buy either a 5mm spacer or the rubber inserts for inbetween the coils.

I know a 1/2" doesnt seem like much, but its noticable. Plus if my 200lb ass gets in it with out a passanger it turns to a 3/4" differance.

Don't do the rubber inserts.
A 10mm (.40 inch) OME80PF10 OME Trim packer 10mm OME80PF10 may be the answer. It sounds like you coils have sagged. Obviously the best option is new coils. OME 906 or 890.

You could also swap sides with the coils. Then when you and a full tank of gas are in it should ride level.

I think the trim packer will be my best bet , Knowing what I know now I should have just purchased new coils. But Im already to deep into this setup. Plus I like the ride ive got.

Where would the trim packer get placed in my setup, inbetween the aluminum spacer and rubber bumpstop spacer ? or on top of the rubber bumpstop spacer?

At least yours sits jut 1/2 in off. Mine sags almost 1 inch on the rear driver's side with bnew OME 890s. Looking for a spacer....
 
Before installing, I made sure the longer coil went to the driver's side and that the coils were properly seated. Still no dice. Anyway, hard rubber spacers are an easy fix. I think Ill add a thin one for the passenger side and a thicker one for the driver's side, since the coils are basically sitting directly on metal. Im betting it will give a tiny bit more rear lift, some dampening benefits, and it fixes the uneven stance. It should work. :D
