It appears to have everything minus the parts stated above. 200 bucks is a darn good deal, I paid around 700 for a similar lift kit a couple years ago.
I see the 2 spindle brackets, 4 lca drop brackets, 3 diff drop brackets, rear panhard bar drop bracket, rear coil springs and what seems to be a pretty complete set of hardware. You may want to look into getting new hardware though. Most of the nuts on that hardware stack are pinch nuts, meaning they are a positive retention nut that won't back off once torqued. They look old and I wouldn't trust their reliability.
I do see one bracket that I cannot identify, it's a small bracket in the middle of the pic just to the left of the panhard drop bracket, any ideas?
Keep in mind that you will want some decent extended front and rear brake lines and also either a bracket to raise your lspv arm or remove your lspv all together.
Also keep in mind that if you have the vacuum add front diff that you may need to extend your vacuum lines and you may also need to extend your rear abs sensor wire.
