If I put 3 inch strut spacers on the front of a 05 4runner do I need a diff drop or won't it hurt the cv's to bad. I will be doing a little offroading if that's a factor. If so does anyone know if it's just longer bolts that I can get from a local hardware store or if I need a kit

You don't need the diff drop.

I agree your CV's will be fine, but your ride quality might suffer and I would recommend avoiding a 3" spacer lift, any spacers for that matter. Just my opinion.

I put in the Daystar Leveling spacer(which wasn't level BTW) and my CV's started leaking grease. I think this was common amongst those who were lifting the front and changing the CV angle.
