Lift time - Suggestions please

I'll start by saying I've read just about everything in regards to lifting, but, after time you forget things and sometimes you just want some personalized suggestions.

My info:
2010 Trail with KDSS
I changed out the stock shocks about 1.5 years ago myself for 5100's (adjustable in front, non in back) following the lift with KDSS installation guide.
102K miles
265 BFG K02's with about 10k miles left
Offroading - generally every weekend. Rough old mine roads (1-10mph). No interest in fast baja like trails/roads.

I would like to lift 2.5 inches in the next 6-9 months so I can run 285's when my current K0's wear out. I will probably just use my current 5100's since I don't want/need any fancy reservoir shocks - bilsteins work just fine for my application. I usually load my 4runner up pretty good (gold mining/camping/etc) but nothing excessive, just a couple hundred pounds at most. I also sometimes tow a trailer with a Suzuki 400 king quad.

I want low maintenance, high reliability parts that give a good bang for the buck. Don't need the fanciest stuff on the market.

Suggestions as to:
Coils
UCA's
Trackbar (thinking Sonoran Steel panhard bar) if needed to improve geometry

At that time I might also just do new shocks so I don't have to change them out 2 years after I put the new lift on - prob will stick with bilstein 5100 or go to 6112/5160.
Scalp some new BFG K02's 285 C's (from new 2018 Wrangler take off's coming soon)!

I know these threads have been re-hashed a hundred times over - but why not start another....there is really nothing else to talk about anymore :P
