Liftgate Replacement Help!

I managed to back into a pole and smash up my liftgate pretty bad. I want to replace it with one from a used parts lot, but couldn't find a write-up on how to do the job. Basically, how do I install the rear glass and mount the whole thing onto my T4R? Is this too difficult or not when you have several people aiding you?
