Light Bar

So I was driving around and I saw a front and rear light bar on a newer Tacoma that had 4 lights (they were the blue-ish color), and I really liked it, so I tried looking for it online but had no luck, so I went by it again and looked at it up close and saw the brand was XTC, i tried looking for it again on the internet but it only came up for hummer H2s and its really wide...
and then i found one for a FJ Cruiser...

has anybody seem anything similar?

i also noticed that they attached to the rack rails but i dont have the rails to attach them because i have a sunroof and the rails stop before the sunroof. Is there any way to add more rail before the sunroof or to rig them some other way?

yeahhh, i dont really want a rack so thats why i have been looking for one like this...

now about how i would mount it, can I add the slider rack rails on the frontside of my sunroof?
