light bulb question

hey whats up guys i a new owner and had a fue questions. i have a 2nd gen and i was wanting brighter head lights. iv been thinkin about the hid light kit or just a pair of super white bulbs. i need brighter bulbs becuase i have some trouble seeing at night were im a welder. are the hids safe and worth it or just a waist of money

if I were you, Id probably try upgrading bulbs. the hid plug and play kits are BS. if you are gonna do something, dont do it half way. To get true HID it'll cost ALOT, not to mention require serious fabbing of the headlights. Just go get some silverstars and go from there. OR get yourself a nice set of foglights, which improve nighttime visibilty greatly. I dont have fogs on my truck, but plan on getting some. Or get new bulbs and fogs and you should be seeing sh|t.

yea i think ima get the luminics true blue bulbs and try them out

yea dude just try getting brighter bulbs. and make sure your headlights arent yellow. if they're like that, just get them cleaned. it helps alot
