Lights behind grill?

My wife wants to mount round lights behind her grill. She has SSO slim bumper, no winch. Most of what I’m seeing seem to mount to parts that are no longer present after SSO (factory cross bar between rails). Outside of fabbing something, is there any bracket out there to do this? I know I’ve seen the SSO / round lights behind grill set up before on here. Thanks in advance!
