Lights go off after car wash?!

Hi! I’ve searched some and can’t pin this one... on my ‘03 V8, whenever it goes through a car wash where it is drug along a rail and sprayed all over the VSC and 4x4 lights go off and the 4x4 engage sound when it is done being washed. Last time I had to turn the car off for a minute and engage and disengage the 4x4.

Happen to anyone else? Could water be getting in there or is it something with all time 4x4 and being turned off and moved while in nuetral?

I did have a leak at the actuator that was torn apart and resealed 2 months ago. Car is new to me, so I have no idea if this would have happened prior.

Thanks! I live in Colorado and haven’t had any issue with the rain, snow or wet streets. I’ve only observed this when it goes through a car wash that pulls your vehicle through and it only relates to the 4x4. I saw previous threads debating the 4x4 system with the V8 and a car wash but never saw any clear answers.
