yep, I got to got to the toyota shop tomorrow to order some pins that hod the rubber piece in, I also got to make an appointment to get the truck in. I noticed both boots on the right side front drive shaft are broke and the grease is splattered very where. Plus I noticed the sway bar bushing on the right side is smashed and about out completely. I guess I wacked something last time I was out in the woods..
I also, got the get the antenna parts cleared out. I noticed there was quite a bit of track pieces in there, that could have bee the reason it has been eating antenna masts. I had ordered 3 or 4 masts from a place on ebay, they all worked except the mast would not go down all the way.. like it didn't fit. So I grabed an old one that I had mistakingly cut a bit short. I was totally me. It works just grinds at the end as it rises, and will work until I get a new one in. I think I'll just get the toyota shop get me an OEM, since it is no longer to full of track pieces.
Anyway, I finished up and was bummed a little because I have to get some fixing done. Then my wife back it out of the garage because she parks in the garage, as does my Harley... SO, she jumps in cranks the wheel backing out and wacks the trim on the garage door with the driver's side brush guard and bumper trim. the brush gaurd dented the fender, the trim popped off, and the bumper bent. Nice. I straightened everything out as much as possible. I got the trime put back on.. It looks ok.
So, I'm guessing next years bonus is to get some cosmetic work done...
