List of thing's dealer can change

I've read about thing's the dealer's can change / reprogram on my 06 4R. Where can I find this list of option's ?

A few thing's I'd like to change are....
DRL's off when in park.

Can other thing's work with the key in Acc. pos. besides radio ?

what other option's are there ?

I tried to do a search but no go

I would assume that the Toyota dealer would be able to change the door lock system, length of time the interior lights stay on after unlocking the vehicle, delay time for headlights to turn off, sensitivity of auto headlamps (Limited models), and automatic recirculation of AC. These items are listed on the lexus personalized settings checklist that came with my moms RX. I think Toyota and Lexus uses the same computers in all cars.
