Little help with O2 sensor

I've been getting a P0120 code on and off for a while now so I figured I would replace the tps finally.

While I do that I also wanted to go ahead and do the upstream O2 sensor. Searching on rockauto.com I'm a little confused about which one to get. I wanted to stick with an oem denso one but most of them seem to be for "standard transmission." Is there a difference between manual/auto tranny sensors?

My truck is a 2000 3.4 4x4 and is not Cali spec.

Thanks!

Denso # 234-4161 if manual; 234-4162 if auto. There is a difference, but only in the length of the wire. Go here to get Denso numbers:http://www.densoaftermarket.com/catalog/catalog.php?part=o2sn

I usually find Amazon has the best prices, especially if you have Prime membership. Just be absolutely sure you are not Cali. spec. In 2000, they sold Cali's all over the country as it was the last year of the old one-cat system.
