load windows

Trying to load to a MSI PT-880 P4 board. I can get into setup, load defaults. I can get into run, see a 2.4 Prescott and 2 GB MB. 120 GB HD ATA133. I have CD as first boot, with XP Pro to load. Have not done this in years, what as I missing?? It stops at run screen. thanks guys

it is stoppping at auto detect of Sec Master/ my CD. Switched out cable and Cd, no luck. too strange. can't load windows yet
