Ok I need some help here guys I have a 95 4x4 toyota truck with the v6 it has auto locking hubs with the vacuum engaged differential I'm needing to know what all I need to convert to manual locking hubs

And you probably have ADD not Auto Hubs. ADD does not have hubs it uses drive flanges. Unless someone converted your 95 ADD to Auto Hubs. In which case.......:faint: Call Warn service department and order up. Or find you some Aisin Hubs and rebuild.

I still need to rebuild my other AISIN. mine has the ADD and I'm opting to just swap the hubs, that way during the winter I can go as I please into 4wd.

Yank out all that problematic vacuum crap and just leave the hubs locked all winter, it's what I do. It won't hurt anything except maybe take away a tenth of an MPG.

i just completed swapping out my hub flanges with used aisin locking hubs i bought off ebay
the swap was pretty easy and the reason i did it was to ease wear on the cv shafts i had just replaced. once i saw how the cv shaft was angled it was quite obvious why they wear out quickly - pretty extreme angles for such short shafts
anyways, with the hubs free the shafts will not turn with the wheels and thus you loose the ability to shift into 4WD "on the fly" - keep this in mind
i know little to nothing about the auto-locking hubs other than they are expensive and unreliable - a good idea to get rid of them i hear
if you go with the manual hubs go with aisin, they are the best - also as long as you are in there replace the cv shafts and re-pack or replace the wheel bearings
the fsm from the link in the stickies has great info on disassembly and reassembly of the front end for your truck

Or, alternatively, there is a large rock in front of me and my rear wheels are in soft sand and I'm 8 miles from town and there's no one here to pull me out and it's 100 degrees in the shade and my 4wd doesn't work in reverse.
I've been there, though not in the 4runner.
