first time owner.
Well guys and ladies. I went to the dealership yesterday and bought a new 4 runner, sport galatica gray V6 '05.
I would say the process was painless and the 'stealership' was very good to me. Maybe some reason because of end of year and there was somebody wanting my old beat-up civic, I got a great deal here locally. (I threatend to go to Chicago for a better deal but got $200 over invoice). From my experience I want to give the 'stealership' some credit (Stealership is something I picked up here)
Anyways this is very special. You members are great people and have a great piece of work (4runner). I have read and posted the last 3 months and feel part of this comunity.
Today, the second day of ownership, I took my very proud dad and brother a ride (My first new vechicle after graduation from college). It had snowed here in Indiana and we went to a park. Took the 4runner in snow and grass just for fun. Since it was new I took it easy. But was it fun and was I proud going through 6 inches of snow with no problem.
Talking about my 4runner to my friends I was made fun of as a salesperson (Like any salesperson would know as much as we do!).
I would like to thank all the wonderful people who own a 4runner and the members to this informative website.
Well done!
Proud 4runner owner.
Aaron
PS-I guess it is time to order a 4runner.org sticker and thank my supportive financee
