Looked at a 2022 Tundra

Had my 2020 4R TRD ORP in for free Toyota care service and I'm not one to sit in customer lounge and wait for my vehicle so I walked into showroom and asked sales guy if he had any new 2022 Tundra's I could look at. They have one demo that's not for sale, he handed me the keys and I took a look. WAS a SR5 4X4 Crew Max TRD with 5.5 bed, heated Softex seats, heated steering wheel. Very nice truck, I did not test drive though. I would not part with my 4R but I would consider parting with my 2018 GMC Sierra Duramax Diesel. I don't tow often enough to justify owning a diesel. My Camper is 5000lbs and my boat is 6000lbs.
Boat stays at lake for entire season so I only use truck to tow to boat launch that's 500' away and home at end of season. Camper gets used maybe 5X a year.
I like my GMC but would consider trading for a Tundra if I knew how truck would tow in comparison.The GMC tows both easily without strain and still gets decent mpg. I would hate to trade then regret it.
Thoughts ??

I agree, keep the Duramax. They are amazing trucks, last forever, have ungodly amounts of power, and hold value extremely well. The new Tundra is too new to buy anyway. Let it age a year or two.
