Looking at a 2006 Limited v6

I lucked out this year because I got into a job with a growing business that shows no sign of slowing down. The growth is incredible and we are hardly being hit.

It lucked out that I am looking for a vehicle that I really want in a market that is shying them away.

new vs. used

i bought a 2005 SR5 4wd V8 with sunroof, spoiler, 17 in wheels, all the good stuff with 36,400 miles. off lease for 16,400 out the door. also got a 100,000 mile extended warranty and a $500 gas card and a full tank. they are giving cars away every where. the 2008's are almost getting down to the point where its worth it, but there are so many used ones too. everyone sold them when gas was $4.50 a gal. either way, toyotas 4runners are worth the investment. especially for us who don't want to drive a yaris every day, no matter how high fuel prices get.

2 0 0 6 Limited with 150 miles on it for 24,500 plus tax, tags, etc.

Full Warranty from date of purchase (even though things go bad a week. after it ends)


I am stuck on the fact that it is 3 years old already, who knows what I could deal with in a couple years.

What would you do?
