Looking at a T4R limited with Nav

O and the list price on my sport was $26K so there is definatey room for them to move, i went on the last day of the month, the whole thing took just over an hr which in my book is fast!

I never liked the fact that the nav system is ALWAYS on even if you have no intentions on using it. I wish they would have given us the ability to turn it off completely. It may seem a little funny, but I wonder if the "wear and tear" on the DVD drive will eventually take its toll and cause the unit to fail? The lasers in those drives don't last forver, right? So why leave it on all the time when most of the time we aren't using it?

I have taken your advice and kept looking around. The low mileage 4Runners are still a little pricey in my neck of the woods. $25k on up.

So I found a 4Runner. 80k miles, V-6, NAV Limited for $19,900. It isn't CPO but one owner from a Toyota dealer. Does this price seem better? The sales guy did mention buying a Toyota extended warranty. Do you think this is worth looking at?

Same vehicle

Jcaulk: I was also looking at the same vehicle from the same Mazda dealer. I decided to purchase mine two days ago from Carmax. I probably paid too much for it, but I enjoy it just the same. The only reason I didn't purchase the V8 cause I figured it was gonna guzzle more gas, especially in the DC area where traffice is terrible. I wound up purchasing 2006 Limited with V6, which is more than enough for me.

I am glad to hear that the V-6 has enough get up and go. I am going to check this 4R out this weekend. Considering I am going from a Tahoe Z71 with 125k miles to a 4R with 80k, she will be brand new to me.
