Ahhhhhh. Like the Yetti or Sasquatch, he might only be a figment of our imaginations. Perhaps occasionally surfacing, but only to show his tracks in the dirt or in the ever mysterious blurry photo. If one of us is lucky, they might be able to capture the elusive creature on video. Until then, we can only tell stories of past experiences and pray that people believe them to be true.

I think he's talking about the tire carrier since he posted a picture of just the rear.

OP, Didn't you say that you weren't able to get it to work right? Did you already try mounting it?

the tire carrier. i know A way to mount it, but wont be as "pretty" as that. right where the bolts go and where it needs re-enforced its welded and you cannot get to it without doing some serious cutting. i think im going to go with something like what replacement bumpers are like with one low hinge.

I wouldn't cut it down to one bar....just try to e-long-ate the top one, have it bend toward the front of the truck so it wraps around the rear hatch and bolt up to your hinge. That's what the guy with the Taco Runner did....at least that's what it looks like.

yeah thats what i planned on doing to the top. but the bottom is the problem, if you take your light out you can see you cant get to the boxed in area under it, so not real sure how he did it...
