Looking for a welder in OC?

Hi,
I've been looking at plate bumpers for the last few weeks and I really like the Northwest open top bumper. They sell it as a kit ready to weld, and I can't weld to save my life. Anybody here weld or know somebody who could weld a bumper(and possible a rear bumper too)? Willing to pay cash or trade a new 8500lb winch I was given.
