Looking for good advice.

Hey ya'll, I have a 91 T4R with 3.0 v6, auto 4x4. I have spent a ton of money on this thing. (ie. transmission, head gaskets, tires, front end parts, u-joints, rear diff bearings, radiator, starter, and ignition switct just to name the most) I have some issues i can't seem to solve. 1) With new starter, battery, and ignition switch, sometimes it won't do anything when trying to start for several tries then it will start for the next 20-30 cranks. 2) I get 12mpg and no mid to high range power (IT'S A DOG!)
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I never met this kind of situation, but I think you can look for dealers
