Looking for honest feedback on selling

Hey folks,
I have a 2005 Sport 4.7 that I am up in the air about keeping. It's been my daily driver and I don't have a garage so it's not without issues that the 4th gens can have such as: rusty sunroof, door lock actuators failing and the a/c is needing help ( I replaced the compressor last year so it's either the blend servo or condenser) and usual wear and tear. I have run full synthetic since I bough it in 2008 and did the brakes last year (calipers, rotors, pads). It's also due for the timing belt.
Its coming up on 92,000 miles and I am starting to get the bug for a pickup.
Its got American racing 18s and Cooper AT3s with about 8k on them and I have a Toytec 3/2 kit that needs to be installed.
So..if I were to let it go to somebody that wants to put a little time and money into it to make it badass again what would a fair price be?

Pictures would help assess - but a 4.7L with 92k miles here in Colorado could fetch ~$15k or so...

Slightly less in this region. Not as high of demand, and the lift kit will only limit your market, better off leaving that as an option for potential buyers then sell it off separate if it doesn't go with the 4R.

Compare your specs against other vehicles being sold in your local area... Carmax, local car dealerships' pricing, and local ads...from there - factor in estimated repair costs that would be done by the buyer if they were to have it done through a dealership and pick a price range from there. if you can try get a feeler on whether the buyer is a DYI guy, maybe you can negotiate prices with him otherwise i'd mark up the price depending on specs and other 4 Runners being sold in the area. i'd say up to 500 miles
