Looking for Latches! Help Needed!

I am losing my mind, I have spent DAYS trying to find what the hell these style of latches are called.

Basically I need something along the lines of the Rota-Pax style hold-down, but in about a 1~2in size. For the life of me I cannot find what they are called or find a supplier of various styles/sizes of those types of latches! I need them for a planned project and its driving me insane!

Swivel Eye Hasp?

Closest thing I could find is a swivel eye hasp. You could trim the hasp on this one to work: BATTALION Latching Swivel Safety Hasp, Zinc - Hasps - 1RBN6|1RBN6 - Grainger Industrial Supply

Boating supply places carry them in various sizes.

That's close to what I am looking for, I just wish I could find different designs and sizes... these things are a pain to find!

check out home depot, usually in the area for gate hardware, or other hardware.
