Looking for Moog Springs.

I am trying to rid my rig of the terrible booty-sag but I cannot afford new springs (grad student). I live in northern Utah (I know, the name says Vegas, but again, grad school) and there is very little in terms of junk yards anywhere near me. Does anyone have a pair of longer-than-stock springs sitting on a shelf that they could part with? I am not looking to jack up the back, just eliminate the sag. I can pay a little for the springs and shipping, but I am trying to keep things on the cheap as much as possible. Let me know if you are able to help.

Does it have to be longer than stock height springs?

you could pick up moog springs brand new from a autozone or o'reilly's for $100 and you can put those bad boys in yourself. Put mine in about 6 or 7 months ago and they are great, and no sag!

OR...

you could go redneck and get a bunch of flat wood cut in disks and slide them in on the top of the spring housing and it will jack the back end up just like a spacer lift! :rockon:

There's a wrecking yard out 201 past the airport that consistently has several second gen 4Runners on the lot.

Are you looking to lift, or just to return to stock? If all I wanted was to get rid of sag on the cheap, I'd stuff a couple coil spacers in the rear and forget about it.
 
What kind of coil spacers have you seen work? I tried the ones with two plates and two bolts that spread and keep the coil from compressing and they don't work well. They invariably shift over time and make for a very stiff ride. I have been flirting with trying the spacers that you put above the coils, but they are over half as much as new coils and the reviews all say that they get you "near" stock height. I would rather go a little over than put in all of the effort and still be under. I don't get out of Cache Valley often, but if I get down to SLC, I will have to give that yard a shot.
 
You can find them on Amazon for $60. Just got some from my girlfriends parents as a grad gift. Gonna put em on tomorrow
 
i would go with coil spacers for now. if your stock suspension is not on its way out, the spacers make more sense

Hang on to that girlfriend! The most exciting thing I ever got from my in-laws (aside from my wife) was a rice cooker.
Thanks for the advice everyone. It looks like caughing up the $60 for new springs is my best bet.
