Looking for some clarification on an 05'

The owner did make wierd comment. He said sometimes it can take up to a minute to go from 2wd to 4wd, but if he drives in a circle with the wheel cranked it goes into 4wd much faster. I was like WTF? Any idea why that would be?

Did he say clockwise or counter clockwise.

Some I found an 04' with only 85k on it. Really the only issue is that it is navy blue, which is not my top colors. Tan leather though and a V8. They said the timing belt was just done. So that's a good thing. Heading there today to look at it and the current owner said he thinks the original owner was the owner of a Toyota dealership. So my original plan was to put on my daystar lift and then the TRD pro wheels. But with the blue I am torn between the black and the gray. What do you guys think? I tried to google blue with any wheels but no pics come up so I have almost no visual reference.
