It's clear from your priorities list that the tire category you want to choose from is P-metric AT tires.

Are you aware that consumer reports thoroughly tested 13 P-metric AT tires less than a year ago?

You can use the chart to arrange your priorities any way you want. For instance, the top ranked Cooper AT3 slips from its perch if you rearrange the chart based only on the traction categories.

You might have to go so far as to spring for an online subscription to get the chart, but whatever that fee is -- $20 bucks or so -- I would think would be well worth it to make your head stop spinning.

UPDATE:

Finally pulled the trigger on the BFGs and have no complaints so far. 100kms in and they just got re-tourqued.

How do you find the snow performance of the BFGs, and which load rating did you get?

I went with the C load rating. It is really all you need and considering I was close to getting P rated Toyo tires this is much more hefty.

In terms of snow, this is my first 100 miles and seeing as how we get snow once a year it will probably be a long wait until I get to test them out. I can report back about performance when we see some rain since that is pretty common here.
