Looking for this part/front bumper on 4th gen

I am looking for this section on the bumper. Not sure if I have to buy the whole bumper or can just find this piece(or piece that should be there) it looks like it is an extension of the fender flare that just snaps into the bumper. I am in Cincinnati and obviously would pay for shipping. Thanks!
